About My Lightweight Luggage

My Lightweight Luggage is an independent review site with one focus: luggage that does not weigh you down. We started the site after one too many overweight-bag fees and one too many overhead-bin struggles, and we have been comparing empty weights, shell materials and wheel systems ever since.

How We Review

Every model we recommend is a real, currently sold product, and every weight we quote comes from the manufacturer or a verified retailer listing. We rank on empty weight, packing volume, build quality and handling, and we read owner feedback to catch recurring problems such as zipper splits or wheel failures. When a bag has a weakness, we say so.

How We Make Money

We participate in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. When you buy through our links we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That never changes which products we recommend or the honest cons we list for them.
